Yay! More cakes in 2022. Happy New Year. (Actually, Simon has just pointed out to me that I need to make more ice cream in 2022 because the batteries for the ice cream maker are going to expire.)

A very Happy New Year to you. Sorry it's so late but I've no idea what day it is at the moment. I'm very impressed that you posted 16 cakes in one year. These days I put on weight if I just happen to think about cake and people shout at me if I dare to make one.
